At Serda Noodles, we ensure quality in every product. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to assist you.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 24 days of delivery.
- Applicable only in case of:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item received
Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To raise a return request, the customer must provide:
- Unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
- Clear photos showing the issue
Note: Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.
Verification Process
Our team will review the submitted video and photos. If the issue is verified and matches our policy, the return will be approved.
Replacement
Approved cases will receive a replacement within 24 hours after approval.
Refund Policy
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return will be accepted only after approval from our team.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Request raised after 24 days of delivery
- No unboxing video provided
- Product used or damaged by customer
- Mismatch between proof and complaint
