At Serda Noodles, we are committed to delivering our "No Maida" 100% Whole Wheat noodles to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We want you to enjoy the authentic taste of Thailand without the wait!

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new product launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 4–5 business days across India.

  • Mumbai Residents: For "Instant Delivery" in minutes, please find us on Blinkit.

  • Nationwide Fast Track: You can also find our official store on Amazon and Flipkart for platform-specific delivery speeds.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Whether you are in Surat, Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore, we’ve got you covered.

5. Damages

Serda Noodles (Thai Wai Enterprise Pvt Ltd) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
